What a grade can do is decided by its composition, not by its name. Four things are in scope from the first enquiry:

Rhamnolipids are a family of glycolipid biosurfactants produced by microbial fermentation. Their structures contain rhamnose units linked to beta-hydroxy fatty-acid chains, and they are evaluated for functions including wetting, emulsification, detergency, foaming and surface-tension reduction.
A commercial grade is normally a mixture of related congeners rather than one uniform molecular species. That matters commercially: a single purity or active-content figure does not describe a grade on its own, because the congener distribution, the product form, the residual components and the analytical basis behind the number can all differ between two materials sold under the same name.

“Rhamnolipid” can name a class of related substances, one defined congener or a commercial mixture, so a CAS number attached to a single defined molecule should not be applied to every product sold under the name. Suitability is not a property of the substance class. It has to be confirmed for the selected grade, the finished formulation and the destination market.
Six things let us assess an enquiry properly. The more of them you can give, the less likely it is that a sample arrives which cannot meet the project's technical or regulatory requirements.
Rhamnolipid grades with the same stated active content may differ in congener profile, moisture, salt content, residual fermentation components and the analytical basis used to calculate the figure. Quotations should therefore be compared together with the grade-specific specification, representative batch data and testing in the actual formulation.

No. Higher purity matters for analytical, personal-care and other tightly controlled applications, but a less purified grade can be the commercially appropriate choice for a technical use. Performance, impurities, documentation and cost are judged together.
Usually not without reformulation. The forms can differ in active-content basis, water or carrier content, dissolution behaviour and handling requirements.
Not always on a one-to-one basis. They may serve as a primary surfactant, co-surfactant or performance additive depending on the formulation, and compatibility, dosage, foam, rheology and cleaning performance have to be tested in the complete system.
